Chia.com Order Processing and Shipping Details

Order Processing
Orders for in-stock items placed before noon CT are typically processed and shipped within 5-10 business days from the date of order. However, please note that processing times may be extended during system upgrades, or for orders placed during special events such as product releases or sales, which may require an additional 48 hours for processing.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number both via email and within your Chia.com account, typically the day after your order is handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Information
Chia.com offers flat-rate shipping at $9.99 for standard shipping.

  • Shipping Time: The typical delivery time is between 2-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), with business days counting as Monday through Friday.
  • Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.

Shipping Restrictions
Chia.com ships within the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands).

Once shipped, standard packages are handed over to USPS for final delivery. If USPS is unable to deliver to your physical address, we strongly recommend using a PO Box address when placing your order.

Customer Responsibility
It is essential to verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any PO Box number if applicable, and to ensure a valid phone number is provided during checkout. After the carrier confirms delivery and provides proof of receipt, Chia.com is no longer responsible for the package.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of $15 will apply to undeliverable or refused orders. If your order is returned to us due to being undeliverable or refused, it will be canceled, and you will be refunded the purchase amount minus the restocking fee. For orders under $15, no refund will be issued.
