At Chia.com, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under normal circumstances.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, redirected, or canceled. Please ensure that all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Cancellation and Refunds
Chia.com reserves the right to cancel or refund orders at our discretion, especially in cases where there are stock shortages, issues with product quality, incorrect customer information, or potential fraud risks.

Packaging
Please be aware that Chia.com does not guarantee the condition or appearance of product packaging. This includes the box or other packaging materials that may arrive with your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
As many of our products are hand-made or hand-painted, minor imperfections may occur. We encourage you to carefully inspect your items once they arrive.

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at officialchia@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include clear photos of the issue, your order number, name, and a detailed description of the problem.

If there are significant defects such as broken items or missing parts, we will evaluate the issue. If a replacement is available, we will offer it. In cases where a replacement is not possible, we will provide you with either an alternative product or store credit to be used for a future purchase.

Please note, all other sales on Chia.com are final and not subject to returns or exchanges.

Pricing and Promotions
Price Adjustments: Prices on our website are subject to change without notice. However, once an order has been placed, the price is locked in and final.

Promotional Discounts: We are unable to apply any promotional discounts or sale prices after an order has been completed. Once a transaction is finished, promo codes or sale prices cannot be retroactively applied, nor can they be combined with other offers.
